Our mission is to provide expert service along with specialized knowledge and resources to the community by way of educating ourselves and our guests so that we may all achieve greater personal wellness and self-value. Our passion for empowering people to find confidence and happiness in their own skin is founded in our belief that the pursuit of finding your true self – your light – is the key to a meaningful life. When we live our calling, we inspire others to create positive change as well.
We partner with Green Circle to recycle 97% of our waste, including hair and hair color. We raise money and provide donations for clean water efforts, domestic violence shelters, and other local causes every year. We participate in and organize events for positive impact whenever we can.
Each service provider undergoes rigorous training and must test out of each skill – even basics like shampooing – before we open them up for bookings. We bring in top stylists for in-house training, and travel frequently for conferences and classes to ensure we stay at the top of our game. Our team produces high-quality photoshoots (images seen on this website) with local models and photographers to maintain a creative edge. Additionally, we work continuously to hone our customer service skills.
At Lucette, you have our entire team by your side to support you in your goals. You are never locked in to one expert unless you choose to be. We provide for these artists in turn by contributing great benefits such as retirement plans, mental health support, paid time off, and more. We don’t operate on commission or rent chairs. We work together to help each other and our clients thrive.
